Robert J. Ritacco
Robert J. Ritacco is a member of the firm's Insurance Defense Litigation Department, which actively represents national and regional insurance companies in the defense of automobile, general, contractors, professional and products liability claims. Mr. Ritacco also practices in the criminal, municipal & real estate areas.
Mr. Ritacco graduated from William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice. He then attended Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey where he was awarded the Centennial and Presidential Awards, both merit scholarships, and was a member of the Seton Hall Law School's Journal of Sport Law. In the summer of 2000, he interned in the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey for the Hon. John J. Hughes, U.S.M.J. and received his Juris Doctor in May of 2002.
Mr. Ritacco also participated in the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic while at Seton Hall. There he represented individuals from foreign nations seeking the protection of the United States in temporary protective status and political asylum hearings before the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
Mr. Ritacco is a member of the Ocean County, New Jersey and New York State Bar Associations. He is also a member of the New Jersey Defense Association, Ocean County Bar Association's Young Lawyer's and Civil Practice Divisions.
